I coach smart, sensitive women how to have a more relaxed and easeful relationship with food.

They’re sick of dieting and using food as comfort, distraction and reward.

They’re frustrated by how much space thinking about food takes up in their brain and are curious about the life they could create if they were able to put that energy to better use.

I won’t tell you what or how much you should be eating and my approach has nothing to do with restriction. Coaching isn’t about someone telling you exactly what to do. Instead, it’s about creating the clarity and space you need to do things differently than you’ve ever done them before.
